Tax Collection Services (TCS) is charged with the recovery of taxes that are due to the State of Hawai‘i. Our valued and dedicated workforce of tax collection professionals are dedicated to enforcing the tax laws and strive to be fair, consistent and reasonable in our actions while collecting delinquent debt.

Our employees work directly with delinquent businesses and individuals, research potential sources of funds, and protect against efforts to avoid payment. TCS may serve levies and seize and sell assets, as well as file a tax lien to protect the State’s best interests.
