Our Hours of Operation

Our hours of operation at the Oahu office are Mondays through Fridays, except State holidays, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Effective February 1, 2024, due to staffing constraints, the Maui Taxpayer Service window will only be available from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm for walk-in services.

Our hours of operation at the Hilo, Kona, and Kauai district offices are Mondays through Fridays, except State holidays, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Taxpayer Advocate

Administrative Appeals Office

If you were audited and issued a DOTAX assessment that you disagree with, the Administrative Appeals Office may be able to help you. For more information, please visit their website.
